Since its incorporation in 2006, the Company has developed into a specialized operations entity officially recognized by the Qingdao Port. It has been awarded the Permit for Collecting Oil Residues, the Permit for Receiving Ship Contaminants, the Permit for Port Operation, and the Permit for Port Supplies to International Vessels in Qingdao Port, issued respectively by the Qingdao Maritime Administration, Qingdao Environment Protection Bureau, and Qingdao Communication and Maritime Transportation Administration.
